The images resemble the cover of the Kiss
Me Kiss Me Kiss Me (Robert's eyes and mouth). Some shots of Robert's mouth are distorded reinforcing the wildness of the video.
The filming took place in a Paris' hotel room in mid-April 1987. Robert later admitted that behind the idea of the mouth was the "desire to swallow people".
