As a special acoustic show was announced on the radio, Robert Smith started the evening by himself with his guitar. But that was just for a couple of songs (lack of time ?). As for the proper Cure show, there were few guitar chords from Foxy Lady before playing 10:15. And on A Forest, Robert introduced Wayne Hussey on stage joining them (on guitar). The song had an improvised verse and Robert actually left the venue before the end of the song, in order to catch a plane to England ! A great way to escape for some days. The others (with Wayne) finished the song and even started (on Simon's impulse) a short intrumental version of Forever ! Perry took the microphone and thanked the audience at the end. The four Cures that stayed in America spent the break in Laguna Beach.
