| First appearence of the Cure on this famous festival. The band would not play very much there over the years for various reasons. Play For Today and One Hundred Years included a few improvised lyrics. Part of the concert was broadcast on the radio. At the end of the show, Robert Smith wished the audience "a nice day tomorrow". Which is surprising, considering the bill on the following day : Level42, Simply Red... ! | |||
