This double album was only released in the US. It includes the Seventeen Seconds and Faith albums as these weren't released there (the collaboration with PVC Records in 1979 was short lived). The cd was released in 1987, although Elektra released both Seventeen Seconds and Faith cds the year before.
Any edition (LP, cassette or cd) of Happily Ever After is out of print.
